Welding Positioner is commonly used to set the ideal mounting angle and welding position of large workpieces used in the welded manufacturing industry. The Rotary Weld Positioner facilitates the welding of pipes, shafts, wheels, elbows and other fittings, providing reliable positioning.
Rotary Welding Positioner is produced in two different types as gear welding positioner and hydraulic welding positioner. The tables on it rotate 360 degrees and have the feature of tilting forward. Thanks to its tilting feature, it provides the opportunity to adjust the most suitable angle and rotate the workpiece, allowing easy and high quality welding.
Welding Positioner is used in submerged arc, tig and gas arc welding applications. It can be manufactured in different types and features as Standard, L type, Hydraulic. Our standard machines are 2-axis, our L-type positioners are 3-axis.
